WIT teaches and tests proper techniques in resistance training, cardiovascular training, flexibility and the importance of proper eating habits. This is for children ages 12 - 13. At the end of their program they are given a certificate so that they may use our fitness center without a parent. I also teach yoga, Pilates, step aerobics, weight training, and my favorite abdominal workouts. I love motivating people and pushing them to reach a goal they never thought they could. I may be small in stature but if necessary i can take you to your maximum fitness level.
