Description of Classes!
- Cardiac Fitness (Low Intensity)- Designed for the over-55 crowd who want to stay strong and fit! Phyllis will design a program for you and assist you along the way. This is a great opportunity to improve your overall health and well-being!

- Beginners Line Dance (Low Intensity)- For anyone interested in participating in the fun of line dancing but prefer a slower pace.

- Dance Mix (Medium Intensity)- Come join the party! Learn line dances and get your cardiovascular exercise. You'll have so much fun it won't even feel like exercise!

- Silver Sneakers I® Muscular Strength (Low Intensity)- Focuses on increasing muscular strength, endurance and range of motion to improve the quality of your life. Exercises are performed with the assistance of a chair and incorporate the use of hand-weight rubber balls.

- Silver Sneakers II® Cardio Circuit (Low/Medium Intensity)- Alternate between upper-body strength exercises and non-impact aerobic moves. This class utilizes hand weights, elastic tubing and rubber balls. Exercises can be done for anyone who needs extra help balancing. Come improve your strength and improve the quality of your life with the exercises in the class!

- Move & Groove (Medium Intensity)- Groove your body with this fun workout that includes step aerobics, weights, balance and floor exercises designed to improve posture and form.

- Balance (Low Intensity)- Be proactive against falls! This class will help you develop muscles that are vital for balance and to protect against falls. Stability starts here as you will reduce injuries, increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve posture!

- Beginner Aquatics (Low/Medium Intensity)- No matter your level of fitness, this is a very beneficial class to exercise your muscles in a different way! The water acts as resistance in all directions on your muscles.

- Yoga Stretch (Low Intensity)- Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Promotes relaxation and stress reduction.

- Tai Chi (Low Intensity)- Come and relax your mind while toning your body with this slow dance like speed of Tai Chi. Tai Chi can dramatically improve balance, improve strength in your lower body, increase flexibility, help with arthritis pain and aid in the recovery of injuries.

- Walk It Off (Medium Intensity)- You've never taken a walk quite like the one Phyllis will take you on in this total body walking program that gives you serious fat burning, muscle conditioning and stretching all in this powerful and energized workout!
