Description of Classes!

  • Boot Camp (High Intensity)- Push your physical ability to a new level with the innovative workouts designed by Susan! Boot Camp workouts include techniques in kickboxing, kickboxing, obstacle courses, short distance running, body weight resistance and more.

  • Instructor's Choice (Medium/High Intensity)- You will always get a total body workout with Sue and Instructor's Choice is no different, except that she will choose from a wide array of exercises and routines to use. This class incorporates body weight resistance exercises, circuit training, cardiovascular workouts and more!

  • Pilates (Medium Intensity)- Work your core, slim and firm your legs, plus tone your arms with this total, low impact workout!

  • Hardcore (High Intensity)- Tone your buttocks, sculpt your shoulders & arms and blast your abs with this workout that will leave you looking forward to getting into your bathing suit.

  • Dance Mix (Medium Intensity)- Come join the party! Learn line dances and get your cardiovascular exercise. You'll have so much fun it won't even feel like exercise!

  • Move & Groove (Medium Intensity)- Groove your body with this fun workout that includes step aerobics, weights, balance and floor exercises designed to improve posture and form.

  • Cardio Kickboxing (Medium/High Intensity)- A fun, high-energy class combining aerobic boxing, self defense techniques and rhythmic choreography.

  • Super Saturday (Medium/High Intensity)- Get your weekend started right with this hour and a half long class that is instructor's choice and will utilize cardio exercises, circuit training, total body workouts, and much more! Instructors rotate each Saturday so this is one class that will definitely keep your body guessing!

  • Totally Toning (Low/Medium Intensity)- This fun, high energy class is aimed at toning your entire body. The exercises utilize free weights, bands and body weight resistance exercises.

  • Fun & Fit Workout (Medium Intensity)- Come have fun with Liz in this class that will tone your entire body using weights, balls, steps and body weight resistance exercises that will have the calories melting away.

  • Lunch Time Burn (High Intensity)- This is ideal for people who want to squeeze in a quick but intense workout into their lunch break. This is a 30 minute, high intensity class aimed at working your abs and tightening your buns!

  • Step N Sculpt (Medium Intensity)- Get your heart rate up with this step class that is more than just a cardiovascular workout! This class alternates upper body strength exercises with aerobic moves on the step and also uses hand weights, elastic tubing, rubber balls and more to give you a total body workout that will kick your butt but make you want to come back for more!

  • Walk It Off (Medium Intensity)- You've never taken a walk quite like the one Phyllis will take you on in this total body walking program that gives you serious fat burning, muscle conditioning and stretching all in this powerful and energized workout!
