Are you having trouble developing a workout routine that is right for you?
All YMCA members are invited to take advantage of the complementary workout programs provided by the Shenango Valley YMCA and get the
results your looking for!
Additional features of the workout programs include:
- Free fitness testing to find your appropriate fitness level conducted by Sharon Regional Wellness Coach Jim McNeil MHSA, ATC.
- Jim has years of experience conducting fitness tests and helping individuals reach their fitness goals!
- Continuous progression and modification to your programs by certified Personal Trainers!
- Most importantly, the knowledge that your workout programs will be tailored to your unique specifications and will help you reach your personal fitness goals.
